We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time, a discrepancy may prevent us from fulfilling all items in your order. If this occurs, we will fulfill the available items and contact you about restocking options or a refund.

  1. Shipping Costs

LeDKnows offers free shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping fees applied at checkout, so the price you see for your items is the final cost.

  1. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

LeDKnows accepts returns if you change your mind within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must arrange their own return shipping. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item, excluding any initial shipping costs.

3.2 Return Due to Product Issues or Faults

If the product is not working as intended or has a defect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, and if necessary, we may ask you to return the product for inspection. For valid claims, we offer a choice of:

For defective items, LeDKnows covers the return shipping cost once the issue is confirmed.

4.4 Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes via postal services only. Military addresses are serviced through USPS.

4.5 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, it will be canceled, and you will be refunded. Remaining items will be dispatched as usual.
