At LeDKnows, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds and exchanges according to the terms below.
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Refund

- Shipping:
- For non-defective items, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- For defective items, we will cover the return shipping once the defect is verified.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund within 24 hrs. Upon approval, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Exceptions and Partial Refunds
The following situations may result in partial refunds:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take additional time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at supports@ledknows.com for instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to them, and they will be informed of your return.
Shipping Returns
For non-defective returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you’re returning a high-value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
